Project Details:
Historic restoration of a creamery originally built in the 1800’s that was issued landmark status with Will County in 2016 including a complete interior renovation of all three levels from its abandoned and dilapidated state. Masonry restoration included matching the original Joliet limestone to blend the improvements to the exterior façade, while providing a new main entrance that is ADA accessible via chairlift.
